How To Brew LONGJING Tea Perfectly？

· Prepare : A set of clean tea set, a handful of Longjing Tea leaves, boiled water

· 3-4g tea into 100-120ml water suggested

· Use 85-90℃ / 185-194℉ water to brew;

· The first to third steeps you could let the water stay for 5 seconds before you pour the tea soup into the cup to enjoy the tea.

· For more steeps, you could let the water stay for a little bit longer in the teapot from 30 seconds to a few minutes gradually , which can keep even density of tea soup during the whole tea servings.

· Can brew about 6 steeps.
